🛍️ Orders

How do I place an order?
Simply choose your item, select your size, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — contact us at [support@vionva.com] within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed, but you may return it under our Returns Policy.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, email us at [support@vionva.com] and we'll resend it.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Many of our signature pieces are restocked. Sign up for our newsletter or use the "Notify Me" option on the product page to be alerted.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. See our Shipping Policy for the full country list.

How much is shipping?
Orders over $149 ship free. Orders under $119 have a flat rate of $8.9

How long will my order take?
Regular items: 8–15 business days total (1–3 days processing + 7–12 days shipping). Pre-sale items take 14–24 business days.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Will I be charged customs duties?
For international orders, any import duties or taxes are set by your local customs office and are the recipient's responsibility.


📏 Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our Size Guide and measure your bust, waist, and hips. Our pieces run true to size — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Do your dresses run true to size?
Yes, our garments are designed true to size with a fitted bodice and flared skirt. The Size Guide includes body measurements for each size.

What if my item doesn't fit?
No problem — you can exchange for a different size within 15 days, subject to availability. See our Returns & Exchanges page.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags within 15 days of delivery. Email [support@vionva.com] to start a return.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Which items can't be returned?
For hygiene reasons, earrings, intimates, final-sale, and clearance items are non-returnable.

My item arrived faulty or wrong — what do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.


👗 Products & Care

What materials are your clothes made from?
We use quality natural and blended fabrics — cotton, cotton-linen, satin, and knits. Exact composition is listed on each product page.

How should I care for my garments?
Most pieces are best machine washed cold on a gentle cycle and hung to dry. Always check the care label on your item.

Are the colors true to the photos?
We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to screen and lighting settings.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other major methods at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We never store your full card details.

What currency are prices in?
Prices are shown in USD by default; you can switch currency using the selector at checkout.

Do you offer discounts?
