1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During launches, sales, or holiday peaks, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over $149.
  • Orders under $129: a flat rate of $8.9 applies, calculated at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time = processing time (1–3 business days) + transit time below. Estimates are in business days and begin once your order ships.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order anytime via the link in the email or our [Track Your Order] page. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For most destinations, prices are shown excluding import duties and taxes.
  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs office.
  • We are unable to predict or refund these charges.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us at [support@vionva.com] within 12 hours of ordering.

7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at [support@vionva.com].
  • We'll work with the carrier to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement/refund.
  • Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
