Refund Policy
We want you to love your VIONVA pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, this policy explains when and how you can receive a refund.
1. Return Window
You may request a refund within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email [support@vionva.com] with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with return instructions and the return address.
- Return the item using a trackable shipping method and share the tracking number with us.
Please do not return items without contacting us first — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
3. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing tags may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
4. Refund Method & Timing
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
- Additional time may be required for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping in full, or provide a prepaid label.
- Change of mind, size, or color: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
6. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be refunded:
- Earrings and pierced jewelry
- Intimates and bodysuits
- Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased on clearance
- Gift cards
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact [support@vionva.com] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
8. Order Cancellations
To cancel or amend an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but may be returned under this policy.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please first check your bank account, then contact your card provider. If you still need help, email [support@vionva.com].
